Terms & Conditions

Discover our clear and protective guidelines for renting a car, covering all essential aspects from documents to liabilities.

Documents

Passport with entry stamp not exceeding six months.
Copy of international or foreign driving license, translated and certified by a notary public.
Residence permit (if applicable).
Copy of Turkish driving license issued at least one year ago.

Security & Insurance

Security deposit: 1500 Turkish Lira, refundable upon return without damages or additional charges.
Insurance covers accident damages.
Minor damages (0 – 15,000 TL range) are customer’s responsibility.
Customer bears minimum of 15,000 TL if at fault for an accident.

Responsibility

Car must be returned clean; cleaning fee may apply if not.
Customer responsible for accident control/report.
Customer bears full responsibility if driver’s data doesn’t match contract.

Deductions & Payments

Transit amounts, tolls, and fines deducted from prepaid insurance.
Fees for third bridges or Gaziosmanpasa Bridge must be paid directly or notified.

Extensions & Notices

Notify agency at least 3 days before original return date for extensions.
Inform agency if leaving Istanbul with rented car.

Alcohol Responsibility

Customer bears full responsibility for damages from driving under influence, including repair costs for rented car and other property damages.

Mileage Limits

Monthly limit: 4,500 km.
Daily limit: 150 km.
Additional kilometers charged at 2 TL per kilometer.

Age & Drivers

Minimum age requirement: 23 years old.
Only the person listed in the contract can drive.
Additional drivers can be added before signing the contract.
